PML International Movers Ltd. (“the Company”) operates CCTV systems at its facilities to ensure safety, security, and crime prevention. This policy is established in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.

1. Purpose of CCTV Installation
– Facility safety and fire prevention
– Crime prevention and evidence collection
– Security monitoring and access control

2. CCTV Installation Overview
– Headquarters Office / Number of cameras: 8 units / Coverage: Within the office premises
– Warehouse No.1 / Number of cameras: 7 units / Coverage: Storage areas, entrances, work zones, Inside the office area, external access paths
– Warehouse No.2 / Number of cameras: 8 units / Coverage: Storage areas, entrances, surrounding exterior areas

3. Recording Information
– Operating hours: 24 hours
– Retention period: Up to 30 days
– Storage: Secure storage devices located in restricted-access areas

5. Protection Measures

6. Request for Access or Deletion
Individuals may request access to or deletion of footage containing their personal image.
Requests may be accepted only when identity verification and legitimate reasons are confirmed.

7. Provision to Third Parties
Video footage is not disclosed except when required by law or requested by investigative authorities.

8. Destruction of Footage
Footage is permanently deleted upon expiration of the retention period.
